We are currently looking for a passionate Supervisor to join COYA Barcelona team.
Experience you will need:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in high end hospitality venue.
* Experience with managing and leading a team.
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
* Ability to motivate and drive the team.
* Attention to detail with good customer service.
* Extensive wine knowledge.
* A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure and long shifts.
* Good command and understanding of English and Spanish with the ability to communicate confidently.
