Our people are our competitive advantage.What will you do?- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants- Monitor account performance and provide regular insights to merchants and management- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities- Lead regular business reviews with merchants to assess performance and plan next steps- Address merchant needs and coordinate with internal teams when required- Support contract negotiations and maintain accurate records in HubSpot- Prepare data-driven QBRs with performance analysis and growth recommendations Requirements- Excellent English and communication skills (daily interaction in English)- Solid experience in business development- Extroverted, structured, and solution-oriented- Previous experience in Payments is highly desirable- Valid passport required;
willingness to travel to industry events- Self-motivated and disciplined to work full-time remotely- Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with CET;
