Senior International Recruiter
to manage
end-to-end recruitment processes
for clients in the
Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and Real Estate sectors

Spanish and global recruitment projects

Key ResponsibilitiesManage
full-cycle recruitment processes
for clients within the Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and Real Estate sectors.Lead all key phases of the recruitment process autonomously: client briefing, search strategy design, candidate identification, assessment and process closing.Act as the
main point of contact for clients
, ensuring alignment and continuous communication throughout the process.Evaluate candidates in
English and Spanish
, managing recruitment processes for both national and international roles.Identify and attract
active and passive candidates
through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and proactive talent sourcing.Build and maintain strong
talent pipelines
for key roles.Ensure successful delivery of recruitment projects and achievement of defined
KPIs
.
RequirementsUniversity degree.5+ years of experience in recruitment
, within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or Real Estate sectors.Strong
business acumen
and ability to understand clients’ needs and translate them into talent strategies.High level of
English and Spanish
(a third language is a plus).Strong client orientation and ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously.Proactive mindset, fast learning ability and strong organizational skills.
