Red Integral - Lead SAP Test Manager – Hybrid/Remote (Spain, Poland, or Czech Republic)Our client are looking for an SAP test manager to join them on a long term contract leading the SAP testing for one of their biggest projects.
This is an urgent role with a February start date.
What You'll DoLead full-cycle SAP testing across Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance phases.
Define robust test strategies for large-scale ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs.
Champion automation using a Shift-Left approach and modern frameworks.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, risk management, and on-time delivery.
Guide global teams and coordinate with vendors across multiple regions.
Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices and tools like TOSCA and Solution Manager.
What You Bring20+ years of SAP testing expertise, spanning ECC and S/4HANA programs.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Deep knowledge of SAP Finance, MM, SD, and related SaaS solutions.
Proven experience with automation frameworks and performance testing.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, HP ALM, Jira, and TCoE environments.
