What You’ll Do
* Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, local activations, and events across key Spanish markets (Madrid, Barcelona, Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca).
* Represent Redpin at industry summits, workshops, and local professional associations, building brand visibility.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, and industry influencers through face-to-face meetings and networking.
* Develop and activate partnerships with Colegios, MLSs, notary groups, and other local associations.
* Support sales with qualified leads, on-ground customer visits, and territory-specific sales materials.
* Localize multi-language campaigns and content for regional audiences.
* Gather market insights, track campaign performance, and report on opportunities, risks, and regulatory changes.
What You’ll Need
* 4+ years’ experience in field marketing, ideally in fintech, proptech, or B2B SaaS.
* Strong track record in event management, regional campaign execution, and sales support.
* Skilled in stakeholder management with excellent face-to-face relationship-building abilities.
* Experience marketing to professional services (law firms, real estate, notaries) preferred.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; strong communication and presentation skills.
* Proven organizational, project management, and analytical/reporting skills.
* High willingness to travel across Spain (50–75%).
* Experience driving co-marketing initiatives, referral programs, and joint events with local partners.
* Background in securing speaking opportunities, thought leadership, and industry positioning at regional events.
* Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks in Spanish real estate and payments
