Overview
Want to become Cabin Crew for Europe’s Largest Airline Group? We have training courses starting in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga & Alicante this year. This is your opportunity to join the 16K+ Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s growing network of 90+ operational bases who deliver best in class customer service to over 600K guests on over 3,600 flights every single day. Flying for Ryanair means you get perks such as unlimited discount travel across Ryanair’s 250+ destinations, an industry leading ‘5 on 3 off roster’, and highly competitive salary packages, plus world leading training, completely free. Prior experience is not necessary as the training courses provide the fundamental skills needed to deliver a safe and top class inflight experience. Upon completion, you will be issued with your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and ready to take to the skies.
As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one, with career opportunities including becoming a Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or potentially Director of Inflight in the future. Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding, but it is a demanding role where safety is our number 1 priority. You will operate both early & late shifts and report for duty as early as 5am on the early roster and not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster.
If you are customer oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm, this could be the career for you.
Please note: As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgement test. Failure to complete these assessments will disqualify you from progressing to the interview stage.
