About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded EV Charging Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating the adoption of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence across Spain and wider Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the EV charging ecosystem
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, fleet operators, local authorities, and energy partners
Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial agreements
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Support the development of go-to-market strategies and expansion plans
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably within EV charging, energy, mobility, or infrastructure sectors)
Strong understanding of the electric mobility landscape and sustainability trends
Demonstrated track record of xhfqzwm meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus)
Willingness to travel as needed
