Konecranes Spain is looking for an Industrial Services Sales Manager to lead sales activities related to the IS business in Spain.
As the IS Sales Manager, he/she will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities and development, supporting the sales force, and establishing customer loyalty within the business area to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate has solid managerial sales experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate sales funnel data into actionable strategies. Excellent influencing skills and a passion for sales development and customer acquisition are essential.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the IS business sales strategy in Spain to enhance the company's competitive position.
* Lead, direct, and control all sales functions to meet organizational objectives. Manage key accounts and actively sell the company's products and services.
* Negotiate sales terms with clients, set targets for product mix, sales volume, market share, and business development, and monitor performance against these goals.
* Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring quality standards.
* Lead, evaluate, coach, and develop the sales team (including Sales Representatives and internal sales staff). Oversee sales activities via CRM systems, including target setting and reporting.
* Ensure efficient sales process management through CRM; define sales organization structure to meet sales objectives.
* Contribute to business planning to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives.
Skills & Competencies:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial services.
* Strong leadership skills; manage a team of approximately 15-20 members.
* Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
* Proficiency in English.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant sales experience and training considered in lieu of formal education.
* At least 5 years of managerial sales experience in service sectors such as crane maintenance, construction, industrial equipment, logistics, or similar fields.
* Experience in meeting sales targets and managing CRM funnels.
Other Requirements:
* Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 40% of the time.
* Locations: Madrid, Barcelona, or Gipuzkoa.
