What You’ll Do * Develops and reviews the long‑range supply plan (24 months to 5 years) * Develops and reviews the mid/long‑term plans for Master Production Schedule (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Deployment Requirements Planning (DRP) for 6–24 months for the region * Reviews the supply network identify constraints and under‑utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates the findings to the SC leadership * Supports inventory analysis by reviewing inventory policies, tracking and managing slow‑movers, and monitoring obsoletes; identifies finished‑goods requirements in the markets and proposes allocation based on business priority * Identifies and supports continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance planning performance; provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP;) * Collaborates with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning to secure and improve supply What Makes You a Good Fit * Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain; Master’s degree preferred * 4–5 years of experience related to supply chain or material planning * Fluent in English and other valuable languages * Digital native with experience in advanced planning tools (APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, etc.) * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP * Team player with motivation to grow in a supply chain team Some perks of joining Henkel * Flexible work scheme: flexible hours, hybrid model, and work‑from‑anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year * Diverse national and international growth opportunities * Integral wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs * Gender‑neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks * Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares * Meal allowance for each worked day * Health insurance paid by the employee with a tax exemption * Well‑being programme * Discounts on company products At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
