- We are looking for a warm, attentive, and detail-oriented **Host / Hostess** to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests once they arrive at La Donaira, playing a key role in creating a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay. Working closely with all departments, you will ensure that every interaction reflects the spirit and values of La Donaira.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Provide personalised assistance throughout the guest stay
- Coordinate guest requests with different departments (restaurant, spa, activities, housekeeping)
- Manage schedules, and daily planning
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a high level of service at all times
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the team
- Support the organisation of special events and experiences
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations (luxury environment preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid driving licence
- Full-time position (40h/week)
