Reporting to the Marketing Department, your role is crucial: transforming sharp technical expertise into a
compelling and unified value proposition
.
You will operate in an international environment (focusing on France and Southern Europe) to align market messaging and boost our commercial performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
Market intelligence :
analyze the competition and retail trends to refine our strategic positioning.
Messaging & positioning :
translate the technical roadmap into effective storytelling and create differentiating messages for each market segment.
Go-To-Market strategy :
lead the launch of new modules and features (specifically regarding e-commerce and unified commerce).
Sales enablement :
design sales tools (decks, demos, product sheets) and train sales teams on how to pitch the offering.
Performance analysis :
monitor product adoption and marketing ROI to adjust the strategy accordingly.
Your profile
You are looking for a
permanent contract.
Salary :
between 45k and 50k.
You have at least
3 years of experience
exclusively as a
PMM in a SaaS environment
.
You are fluent in
English and French
, both written and spoken (Spanish is a significant asset).
You possess excellent synthesis skills to simplify complex technical topics.
You are proficient in performance analysis tools and, ideally,
Salesforce, Notion, and Jira
.
You are based in
Barcelona
.

You have never worked in the
SaaS software industry
.
You prefer pure execution over
strategic thinking and "discovery."
You are uncomfortable speaking in front of Sales teams or leading training sessions.
Working within an international organization seems too complex for you.
