The marketplace team at Leroy Merlin Spain is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed New Account Manager to support marketplace growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to support small and medium-sized businesses, lead growth initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of e-commerce. The New Account Manager will play a key role in improving the Customer and Seller experience and ensuring marketplace success.
Responsibilities
* Prospect the market to generate leads, lead negotiations with Sellers, and support their growth and long-term success on the marketplace.
* Understand internal and external factors impacting the marketplace to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer experience.
* Manage a sales pipeline, prioritize prospects, and recruit high-potential Sellers.
* Educate and advise Sellers with data-driven insights to optimize their success.
* Coordinate projects across departments and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Analyze business opportunities to meet revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
Basic Qualifications

* Strong commercial, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university.
