Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to be part of the Research and Development Team in Danfoss Climate Solutions and will report to the Senior Manager, R&D;
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team focused on bringing a product from concept to final design, integrating research findings into workable product solutions. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with business development, engineering, and production teams to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and Innovate: Turn ideas into reality by creating detailed designs, prototypes, and supporting the transition to full-scale production.
- Drive Innovation: Research and develop new concepts, apply cutting-edge technologies, and test prototypes to bring breakthrough solutions to market.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with application, process, and production engineers to ensure customer needs are met and designs are optimized for cost and manufacturability.
- Standardize and Optimize: Contribute to modularization and standardization efforts to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Familiarity with piping systems and system engineering principles
- Proficiency in design tools and IT systems (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
