The Challenge This is not a traditional CMO role. Your mission is to architect and build an agent-powered growth department from the ground up. Each of the 8 marketing pillars under your ownership will be transformed through AI agents and smart, personalized automation. You won't just manage marketing – you'll engineer it. The goal: a lean, intelligent system where agents handle execution while humans focus on strategy and creativity. Your 8 Pillars – Each an Automation Opportunity Retention – Design agent-driven lifecycle programs that personalize at scale across segments and markets. Conversion Rate – Build automated testing and optimization systems across the Shopify funnel. Paid Traffic – Create intelligent bidding, audience, and creative automation across channels. SEO – Develop scalable content and technical SEO workflows powered by AI across 9 languages. B2B Marketing – Automate lead nurturing and corporate gifting pipelines. Affiliate – Build smart partner management and performance optimization systems. Brand & Social Content – Design content engines that maintain brand voice while scaling output. Product Development – Use data-driven automation to inform pricing, catalog, and product decisions. Who You Are You're an AI geek. Not just someone who uses AI tools – you build with them. You've gotten your hands dirty creating agents, workflows, and automation systems. You understand prompts, APIs, integrations, and how to connect systems together. While you'll have the support of an expert developer, you're a builder at heart – you can prototype, test, and iterate without waiting for someone else to make it happen. You bring Hands‑on experience building AI agents and automation workflows. Deep familiarity with tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, or custom agent frameworks. Comfort with no‑code / low‑code platforms and the ability to push their limits. Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and how to deploy AI practically. 5 years in a senior marketing role within e‑commerce, with proven growth results. Strong Shopify knowledge and experience with BI/analytics tools. The mindset of an architect – you see systems, not just campaigns. Your style Builder mentality: you'd rather create than delegate. Data‑obsessed but creatively sharp. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to execute under pressure. Optimistic heart, realistic mind. Constant learner – you're always experimenting with what's next. The Team You’ll lead a small, tight‑knit "human in the loop" team that shares your mindset. We're not building a large department – we're building a smart one. Everyone on the team is hands‑on, curious, and comfortable working alongside AI systems. You'll work directly with the CEO and COO on strategy and execution.
