The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly inverter and energy storage technologies, along with a proven track record in managing and closing large-scale projects with EPCs, developers, and utilities. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Develop and execute sales strategies targeting b utility-scale solar and BESS projects /b, driving market share growth in the large-scale segment /lili Identify and engage with key stakeholders including b IPPs, EPCs, developers, and utilities /b, building strong long-term partnerships /lili Lead the full sales cycle from b project identification, bidding, negotiation to contract closure /b for large-scale projects /lili Provide b technical and commercial support /b to customers, including system solutions, product positioning, and value proposition /lili Monitor and analyze b market trends, policies, and competitor activities /b within the utility-scale solar sector /lili Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective b pipeline management and project forecasting /b /lili Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to deliver b customized solutions and proposals /b /lili Represent the company at b industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings /b /lili Provide regular reporting on b project pipeline, sales performance, and market insights /b /lili Collect customer feedback and work with product teams to b optimize solutions for utility-scale applications /b /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli Bachelor’s degree or above in b Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field /b /lili Minimum b5 years of experience in utility-scale solar/BESS sales /b (must have large project experience) /lili Proven track record in managing and closing b large-scale solar or energy storage projects /b /lili Strong understanding of b PV systems, grid connection, and inverter/BESS technologies /b /lili Familiar with b utility-scale project development cycle /b, including EPC, tendering, and financing structures /lili Strong network with b developers, EPCs, or utilities /b is highly preferred /lili Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills /lili Proficiency in b CRM tools and MS Office /b /lili Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) /li /ul
