What you will be doing
7. Taking active part in incident resolution
8. Working with global support teams to resolve both IT infrastructure and application related issues
9. Installing or participating in installation of IT infrastructure components, applications, and any other relevant tools used at the location(s)
10. Monitoring and maintaining location specific infrastructure and applications following standard operating procedures
11. Take active part in location-specific and global IT projects
12. Maintaining user accounts within the locally supported applications.
13. Acting as location representative of GBS IT professionals
14. Taking part in IT change management flows
15. Troubleshooting IT infrastructure incidents and application errors, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
16. Maintaining the location(s) specific part of the active directory
17. Follow global architecture-, security-, and operational standards and policies
18. Maintaining location specific IT documentations within your area of responsibility
19. Prioritizing work and operating with compliance of GBS IT Service Level Agreements
What will make you successful?
20. Min. 1-2 years work experience on the field of IT Infrastructure
21. IT Technician qualification is a must; IT Engineer or equivalent is preferred
22. Fluency both in the native language (Spanish) of supported location(s) and in English is a must
23. ITIL Certification (Education knowledge)
24. Exposure to and understanding of a manufacturing environment (Soft skill)
25. Experience in basic Vendor management processes (Soft skill)
