* As a DevOps/Functional Ops, you will operate in a multi-disciplinary role whereby Bots knowledge, IT Automation, Operations and stakeholder management are key in your day-to-day activities. As such, knowledge of IT Operations is a must. Knowledge of the ING in-house-built Bots system is a big plus.
* Together with your IT colleagues in Amsterdam, Singapore, Manilla and Bangalore you will create new functionality for our global user base;
* Analyze, discuss, build, test and implement the requirements regarding changes requested by our users.
* Provide Operational support to the BOTS ecosystem from a Functional perspective, including issue investigation, resolution coordination, and user guidance.
* Standby support for End of Day Process on a rotation basis with your teammates.
* Support Application Development by providing analysis, regression testing, automated testing, among other tasks.
* Work in an Agile environment with sprints of two weeks.
* Implement and document ING's IT Risk & Security controls.
* Work on improving the current process through automation and identify improvements in the Customer Journey.
What you bring to the team
* Experience as Functional/Operations engineer or business analyst.
* Linux proficiency
* Experience working with databases (Oracle)
* Knowledge of Financial Markets products.
* Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Snow.
* Experience or affinity with IT Risk & Security concepts.
* Experience with working on Magic XPA software is a big plus.
* Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Flexible on being on call/support when needed
* A university degree, in Business Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to share knowledge with others in the team.
