About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to bridge business, technology, and customer experience. You’ll drive alignment across teams, streamline processes, manage external vendors, and ensure that product development runs with quality, speed, and focus. This role is key to building a scalable product culture that is agile, data-driven, and customer-centric.
What you’ll do
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, managing agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, dailies) and aligning developers, designers, and stakeholders.
* Gather and prioritize operational requirements, working with Real Estate, Finance, Homes, and CX to identify pain points and translate them into clear, prioritized user stories.
* Manage external vendors (e.g., development agencies), setting expectations, negotiating resources, and monitoring performance against quality and speed standards.
* Define and optimize workflows, templates, and processes for QA, documentation, and communication. Own and manage tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, ensuring efficient usage.
* Facilitate user interviews and feedback loops, track metrics, and provide insights to enable data-driven decision making.
* Oversee feature testing and sprint progress, ensuring timely delivery and proposing solutions to reduce bottlenecks.
* Promote a product culture centered on data and customers, documenting best practices and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
* Communicate progress, risks, and milestones through reports and presentations for leadership and the CEO, acting as the main bridge between business, technology, and external partners.
What you’ll need
* 4+ years as a Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, or Project Manager in tech environments, with proven success managing agile teams and complex projects.
* Background in proptech, real estate, vacation rentals, or property management is a plus.
* Strong ability to coordinate and negotiate with external partners, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
* Proficiency with Jira / Asana, Figma / FigJam, SQL basics, Google Analytics, Notion / Confluence.
* Skilled in defining workflows, documenting processes, measuring KPIs, and solving problems based on data.
* Excellent communication in Spanish and English, with the ability to influence and align multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience applying design thinking and conducting user research, with empathy for owner needs and translating them into product solutions.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in ambiguity.

How is the team and our culture?
We are a small, compact and very senior team. Our executive team has been behind the growth and internationalization of several companies. Right now, there are around 40 of us. We offer a vibrant start-up culture with flat hierarchies, clear core values, and a focus on empathy, flexibility, and a supportive environment. We have a large kitchen in the office and typically have a team meal on Thursdays.
