Your mission
We are looking for a person to develop experimental tests in pilot plant and/or laboratory supporting the different departments of the Technology area.
What you will do:
* Preparation of reactor tests, chemical reaction assemblies and assemblies of polymeric materials processing equipment and necessary auxiliary equipment.
* Process control in pilot plant/laboratory equipment.
* Performing tests and recording and documenting them.
* General maintenance of the equipment in charge.
* Chemical/microbiological laboratory analysis: weighing, preparation of solutions, preparation of solid mixtures, size reduction of solid samples, sieving of samples, dissolution/precipitation, filtration, distillations, crystallizations, evaporations, setting and monitoring of reactions (usually in inert atmosphere, under vacuum, under pressure in some cases...), purification of products, pH measurements, solvent distillation, plate seeding, inoculation, preparation of culture media, knowledge of enzymatic assays and knowledge of basic chemical techniques.
* Collaboration in polymer characterization (FTIR, DSC, TGA, GPC, rheology...).

Education required:
Professional Education Certificate in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control, Industrial Chemistry or similar.
Demonstrable medium/high level of English.
Experience in:
* Knowledge in the handling of chemical reactors and polymeric materials processing equipment, as well as auxiliary equipment.
* Knowledge of quality control, maintenance, commissioning of equipment associated with the chemical sector.
* Experience in chemical, microbiological, enzymatic laboratories.
* Knowledge of materials processing and polymer chemistry.
* B1 driving license and experience in handling forklifts.
* Availability for occasional travel nationwide.
