- Full national sales operation across all projects
- Sales strategy design and execution per project
- End-to-end pipeline management — pricing, pace, and targets
- Broker networks, agency relationships, and internal sales team
- Off-plan sales and presales target achievement
- Close coordination with marketing, management, and finance
- Direct reporting to senior management and board ───────────────────────────── Who We’re Looking For ─────────────────────────────
- 10+ years of senior residential real estate sales experience in Spain
- Proven track record in new-build and off-plan sales and strategies
- Deep experience managing broker networks and agency relationships
- Strong command of pipeline, pricing, and sales execution
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Spanish mother tongue | Very high level of business English
