What the Role Delivers
· This role supports the coordination and execution of international and domestic shipments across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely deliveries.
· It contributes to shipment visibility, cost control and service performance monitoring through structured tracking and data analysis.
· The role provides operational execution combined with analytical support to improve transport efficiency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
In order of relative importance
· Coordinate and monitor international and domestic shipments across EMEA.
· Manage and follow up on sample shipments and time-critical deliveries, ensuring correct documentation and customs compliance.
· Ensure export documentation accuracy (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, regulatory documents).
· Track shipments proactively and support resolution of delays, customs holds or service incidents.
· Maintain communication with freight forwarders, express couriers and transport providers.
· Support monitoring and reporting of transport KPIs (OTIF, transit times, express cost control).
· Assist in preparing transport performance dashboards (Excel / Power BI).
· Support cost control and validation of transport invoices.
· Execute SAP (S/4HANA) transactions related to shipment documentation and logistics processes.
· Provide operational and analytical support to the EMEA Logistics team.

What the Job Requires
· Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related field.
· Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
· 0–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping or international trade (internships included).
· Basic understanding of export documentation and international transport processes.
· Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
· Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is valuable.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Proactive attitude and willingness to grow in an international environment.
