About the Role:The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all content requirements flow efficiently through the creative team. You would be responsible for keeping briefs on track to ensure all deadlines are met and the creative team are clear on their daily priorities. The role will work across the full portfolio of brands within the company. You will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to understand what projects are coming up and plan creative team resources accordingly.
In many respects, this is a high-profile, high-impact, administrative/coordination role, so it could well suit an exceptionally talented P.A. or someone with impeccable management organisational abilities, but the focus here is on managing a creative team, timetabling studio time with competing demands on it, ensuring artists complete their input on time and so on. Therefore, of equal importance to team coordination experience is the wherewithal to work with highly creative people in a tight, fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
This is an exceptionally challenging but fascinating role for the right candidate.

Evidence of successful traffic, studio, or resource management within a creative or design environmentExperience of working and managing creative teamsMust have a keen eye for design, a creative passion and know how to embody a brand and ensure content is created according to the brand's aestheticsKnowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite, studio photography and retouchingKnowledge of print process and techniques, including but not limited to posters and billboards.Proven resourcing and design traffic management across multiple brandsAbility and confidence in managing internal processes and main stakeholdersImpeccable attention to detail, forward planning skills and problem-solving all with a positive outlookCopywriting and proofreading skills with excellent verbal and written English skills is essentialKnowledge of, interest or experience in the music industry
Key Competencies:Review current and create new systems/processes which at all times, are up to date to show an accurate schedule of all creative work, ensuring the most effective ways of workingCreating and maintaining clear briefing templates and processes, for all brand leads / MM's / SMM's to complete when creative content is requiredAssessing incoming briefs to ensure they are completed correctly, creating detailed timing plans (where needed) and managing creative resource to achieve the briefEnsuring the successful delivery of all creative work through day-to-day co-ordination of creative team members, monitoring workloads, making sure teams are clear on requirements, priorities, and timelines for each projectReviewing all creative work meets the brief and copy check where requiredProviding timely communication with stakeholders, confidently managing expectations, and sharing project updatesMonitor projects and workloads based on occasionally changing priorities and adjust accordinglyAssisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookingsBuilding strong working relationships with key departments and stakeholdersResponsible for the management of the image library and the filing of all creative work
Success in this role will be seen in the increased efficiency of the creative content briefing and creation process, that content created meets the brief and is on time and the creative team are clear on their responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
