Position: Product Manager
Location : Reus or Barcelona
Salary: up to 70 000€
Remote: 2 days of remote work per week.

Join a fast-growing French scale-up expanding internationally and launching its operations in Spain.
This position represents the first Product hire for the Spanish team, playing a key role in building the local product organization while remaining closely connected to the French Product teams.
Main missions
Working closely with the Product Director and Payroll / HR experts, you will be responsible for:
* Analyzing user and stakeholder needs to identify priorities and define relevant product solutions.
* Building and managing the product roadmap and backlog in line with business, regulatory, and strategic requirements.
* Contributing to the evolution of the product offering and structuring solutions tailored to different customer segments.
* Coordinating with technical and design teams to ensure timely delivery and a high-quality user experience.
* Ensuring strong alignment and communication with internal teams (marketing, support, payroll consultants).
* Acting as a bridge between the local Spanish product team and the French Product teams .
Your Profile
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in payroll or time management software (HR tech background is a strong plus).
* Payroll knowledge is a nice to have.
* Go-to-market experience is an asset.
* Experience working with AI-powered solutions is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure and prioritize complex topics.
* Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.
* Excellent communication skills, able to adapt your message to different stakeholders.
* Languages : Native Spanish speaker, fluent in French or English.
