Job Responsibilities- Assist to develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan (digital, social media, GDN, webinars, collaterals and outreach events, etc) in collaboration with the business development team to generate leads- Create engaging content on website and social media- Familiarity with Google Analytics and experienced in using Google AdWords, SEO copywriting and Google Display Ads to drive traffic to website- Create and track effectiveness of EDMs. Experience in marketing automation will be an advantage.- Assess online advertising KPIs and identify suitable media and platforms to reach the target audiences- Experience in working with agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns and collaterals- Ensure that leads are promptly fed into Salesforce CRM and databases are segmented and updated- End-to-end planning and management of marketing events and webinars- Excellent written communication skills for copywriting and proof reading of collaterals- Assist business development team in new program development/enhancement of existing programs.- Other tasks assigned by the Management of NEE as needed
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in marketing, communications/PR or English language- Minimum 3-4 years’ of digital marketing experience, preferably from an event management/media/creative agency or CET/training related organisation-
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and experienced in using Google AdWords, SEO copywriting and Google Display Ads to drive traffic to website- IT Skills: WordPress/Sitefinity, Photoshop, Canva, CRM & EDM (eg Salesforce, HubSpot)- Strong written communication skills for copywriting and proof-reading of collaterals- Possess effective interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, vendors and colleagues across functions- Self-motivated, organized, meticulous and able to deliver within deadlines- Curiosity to explore how to use technology e.g. AI etc to organise and simplify work
