There is plenty of scope for creativity and the department is keen to enhance the skill sets students in Design.- Collaborative Learning: Foster an environment that encourages student participation and tea- Extracurricular Involvement: Actively participate in and contribute to the school's extracurricular programs to enhance students' design skills and interests.- Technology Integration: Utilize the available digital tools including Mac-based software, Workspace, Adobe CC Suite, Arduino, Swift Programming, Tinkercad and Fusion 360 to enhance t learning experience.- Student Engagement: Inspire and motivate students through creative and hands-on project encouraging them to explore and develop their design skills.- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends in design and technology**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:- A degree in Design, Technology, Education, or a related field- Strong understanding of the MYP Design cycle and child-centered teaching methodologies.
