At Globachem, we're looking for a Business Developer Innovations with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help us grow our footprint in Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and commercialize Globachem's innovative crop protection products in South-European countries.
* Provide market insights, map competition, and analyze competing products.
* Collaborate with the sales manager to select distribution partners and set pricing strategies.
* Lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors through demo trials, technical training, and presentations.
* Build and maintain a network of distributors, CROs, advisors, and industry influencers.
* Coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, and sales requirements.
* Represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
* Work closely with Sales & Marketing and cross-departmentally with R&D, Product Development, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
Qualifications
* Degree in Agronomy, Bio-engineering, or related field.
* At least 7 years of experience in a technical-commercial role in crop protection, with experience in launching new products.
* Good knowledge of perennial crops such as fruit, citrus, and olives.
* Fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Based in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, etc.) with flexibility to travel within the region and to Belgium.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Strategic, commercial, and project management skills.
* Team player with a growth mindset.
