Job Description
We are looking for an Analytics Manager who will join our Analytics team. Your role will be to use data to generate insights that proactively identify and solve some of the biggest challenges and opportunities for Stuart, specifically around how to better incentivise our supply engagement while optimising cost and ensuring Stuart is highly reliable for its clients.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide insights and make recommendations: Conduct analysis and experiments to find the biggest opportunities for Stuart to improve the engagement of our supply and ensure performance for our clients. Communicate and share your work with stakeholders to get your insights acted on.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the analysts on your team, maximising their growth and impact in their own domains.
* Decide priorities with your team and in alignment with stakeholders, create a roadmap, and distribute resources accordingly.
* Identify opportunities in which insights can help the company achieve their goals faster.
* Ensure the right balance of foundations, reporting needs, and insights in your area.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a relevant data role. Data analytics, product analytics, or similar. 2+ years as a people manager.
* Proven track record: You have experience using data-driven decisions to deliver business results.
* Great communication skills. Able to communicate analytical results clearly to a non-technical audience.
* Strong technical skills. Expert in SQL, knowledge of Python and at least one of DBT, Tableau, Superset, Looker, or equivalent.
* Proactive strategic skills: Identifying opportunities where analytics can have an impact and acting on them without the need of others (manager or stakeholder) to bring them up.
* English skills are a must.
