Ph3About the position /h3 pWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Compression Technologies Iberia to lead our country business unit’s Sales and Service operations. This role carries full PL responsibility and is critical in driving profitable growth, enhancing market reach, and delivering exceptional customer value. /p h3Your responsibilities and tasks /h3 ul liLead and manage the Iberia Compression Technologies business, with full ownership of Sales and Service PL performance /li liDrive country-level sales and service activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and prioritization aligned with strategic objectives /li liDeliver sustainable, profitable growth while expanding market presence and increasing installed base coverage /li liDefine, monitor, and achieve sales targets, gross margin goals, and KPIs /li liImplement a cohesive route-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with divisional direction and fostering a “one face to the customer” approach /li liEstablish pricing frameworks, discount policies, and commercial conditions for products and services /li liBuild and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting key account management /li liOversee the full offer management lifecycle, from scope definition and technical detailing to pricing, delivery, and post-sales support, including spare parts and service /li liCollaborate with product development teams, providing market insights and customer feedback to enhance the portfolio /li liSupport product implementation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Your profile and qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field /li liMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within a Sales and Service environment.
