You combine deep analytical expertise with strong leadership, enabling you to guide teams through uncertainty and deliver robust, reliable products.ResponsibilitiesLead and govern global reliability engineering activities from RFQ and design phase through field performance.Assess mission profiles, define assumptions, and reliability/ confidence level targets to support business and customer decisions.Oversee life data analysis, accelerated testing correlation, and product risk assessment based on field and warranty data.Support virtual validation reliability analysis to assess the correlation with physical testing.Be the technical authority for complex, safety relevant, or high impact failure analysis cases.Lead root cause investigations, failure hypothesis definition, and controlled failure signature reproduction activities.Represent Lear in senior level technical discussions with customers and suppliers during escalations.Develop, mentor, and lead the Reliability & Failure Analysis team, including succession planning and skills development.Promote a culture of data driven, risk-based decision making across the organization.SkillsElectronic Components.Experience RequirementsMaster’s degree in Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent.Extensive experience in automotive electronics reliability and failure analysis.Strong expertise in reliability modeling, life data analysis (e.g., Weibull), and testing correlation.Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and technical experts.Solid knowledge of automotive standards and strong stakeholder communication skills.Equal Opportunity EmployerLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.
