At HBX, we believe that tech + data + people set us apart, supported by our “global approach, local touch” philosophyAs part of HBX Legal’s Litigation & Insurance team, you will manage disputes and claims across jurisdictions, coordinate external counsel, and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and deliver efficient outcomes within a collaborative, team-based environment.Job SummaryAs part of HBX Legal’s Litigation & Insurance team, you will manage disputes and claims across jurisdictions, coordinate external counsel, and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and deliver efficient outcomes within a collaborative, team-based environment.Key Responsibilities- Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters, ensuring consistent strategy, escalation, and communication.- Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, legal notices, and dispute-related documentation.- Coordinate and oversee external counsel and advisors, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.- Lead insurance claims handling, including notifications, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.- Partner with internal teams to resolve disputes early and improve processes.- Provide clear, business-focused legal advice, risk assessments, and updates.- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards;
track KPIs and identifyefficiencies using Excel, Power BI, and legal tech/AI tools.Skills & Experience- Qualified lawyer (Spain) with litigation experience in private practice and/or multinational environments.- Fluent in English and Spanish;
additional languages are a plus.- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.- Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with high ownership and attention to detail.- Advanced Excel skills;
