About the role
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in chemical additives to drive commercial growth across Europe, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen strategic relationships with industrial customers. The role combines commercial vision, market analysis, and technical capability within a demanding industrial environment.
Key Responsibilitie
sBusiness Development & Commercial Strateg
yIdentify business opportunities with both new prospects and existing customers
.Classify and analyse each customer's product assortment to detect needs and opportunities
.Estimate the business volume and potential of each relevant market player
.Develop and execute an annual strategy focused on acquiring new business and expanding presence across Europe
.
Account Management & Commercial Performan
ceMonitor the status of current customers, including profitability, sales evolution, and commercial performanc
e.Implement actions to improve margins and growt
h.Continuously evaluate sales activity and apply price increases when require
d.Maintain regular contact with customers through calls, meetings, and on‑site visits to identify new growth opportunitie
s.
Data Analysis & Report
ingPrepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant commercial and market informati
on.Combine BI‑generated data with customer feedback and overall market trends to support decision‑maki
ng.
Customer Relationship Manage
mentConduct periodic business review meetings to identify opportunit
ies.Travel regularly across Europe to maintain close and strong customer relationsh

utionHandle day‑to‑day issues related to finance, logistics, or production that require commercial interven
tion.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfac
