in Southern Spain is looking for a
Sales Manager
who can open doors, close deals, and take ownership of commercial growth across the global shipping market. This is a front-line sales role for a natural-born closer - someone who thrives under pressure, loves the chase, and builds long-term client relationships through energy, credibility, and results. If you know the ship repair world - drydockings, refits, conversions - and have the drive to turn contacts into contracts, this is your stage.
What You’ll Be Doing Hunting down new opportunities across shipowners, managers, and operators. Building and maintaining strong client relationships in the shipping and offshore sectors. Negotiating and closing profitable repair and conversion contracts. Working hand-in-hand with technical teams to deliver what you sell — on time, every time. Representing the company at key industry events and client visits worldwide. Feeding real-time market intelligence back to management to keep the business ahead of the game. What You’ll Need
A proven track record in
ship repair, marine services, or related sales
.
Strong network across shipowners, managers, and decision-makers. Confident negotiator with excellent communication and presentation skills. Results-driven mindset - motivated by targets, not titles. Fluent in English
