Experteer Overview In this role you will guide HR strategy and operations across Spain to support business objectives and integration efforts. You’ll lead labor relations, drive recruitment and onboarding, and shape training to develop top talent. You will act as a culture ambassador, ensuring policy compliance and a high‑performance work environment. support integration foracquired companies - Collaborate with legal advisory team to mitigate risks and stay updated on employment laws - Act as a culture ambassador to promote Rentokil Initial values and high-performance environment - Manage relationships with RTLs and lead monthly and cross-functional HR meetings - Support organizational priorities through cross-functional project collaboration - Develop compensation plans aligned with goals and industry benchmarksResponsabilidades - Bachelor in Law (or related fields) - Proven HR Manager/HR Business Partner experience - Strong expertise in labor relations and union negotiations - Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management - Onboarding, training, and employee development experience - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strategic mindset with ability to execute operational plans - Experience conducting investigations and handling complex employee relations issues - Confidentiality, sound judgment, and objective decision-making - 5 years of multinational HR management experience - Proficiency in HR systems and tools (Workday, Smartrectuier, LinkedIn Recruiter) and Google environment - Languages: English bilingualRequisitos principales -
