Join our crew management implementation team and succeed while planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems across multiple functions and business domains within the aviation flight crew area.Responsibilities include:
Installing software, conducting data migration, and setting up integrations.Creating business plans and supporting documents, including business cases, to ensure alignment with company goals and integration with technical programs and project plans.Working on high-value projects with significant customer impact, operating under limited supervision.Solving complex business problems across various technologies and systems views in high-profile or mission-critical projects.Providing strategic direction and planning for current and future business environments, including technological and business design changes.Offering functional and technical assistance in systems and procedures development to ensure cost-effectiveness and user requirements are met.Serving as a liaison between developers, architects, designers, and both internal and external customers.Supporting development teams with functionality questions, testing issues, training, and deployment planning.Guiding less experienced business systems analysts.Ideal candidate qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.3+ years of related experience, with preference for experience in crew planning, scheduling, tracking, and crew rules.Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++.Experience in automating manual tasks through coding or macros.Hands-on experience installing and configuring enterprise applications on AWS.Database experience with Oracle or MongoDB.Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL querying.Knowledge of integration technologies like SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (macros a plus) and PowerPoint.Experience in crew management systems or airline scheduling/tracking is a plus.Understanding of client-server architectures and legacy system integration.Strong domain knowledge in airline crew scheduling or flight operations is desirable.What we offer:
