That means: Driving requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders in finance, product, ops, and engineering Owning the end-to-end functional design of the subledger — data models, rules, FX events, fees, taxes, and more Designing real-time event-driven logic to keep balances in sync across platforms Mapping data between source systems and the new ledger, including required transformations Defining integration points with upstream/downstream systems (GL, payment gateways,
reporting...)Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development Being the go-to person for the dev team: clarify, guide, support — repeat Helping QA teams create test plans and support UAT Maintaining world-class documentation — specs, flows, diagrams, and more Bridging the technical-business gap with crystal-clear communication Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and data handlingWhat We Ask For7+ years in Business Analysis, with senior-level experience Strong track record in financial systems — ideally PSPs, acquirers, or issuers Deep understanding of payment flows, merchant discounting, fees, FX,and subledger logic Proven experience writing functional specs for ledger systems Superb analytical skills — you love deconstructing complex problems Confident communicator across all levels,
