Position Overview:
* Develop regional business performance by planning and implementing of distribution channel, coverage area and territory management to achieve regional sales target.
* Oversee and evaluate the performance of sales team members, analyze sales metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
* Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to the sales team to ensure the achievement of site KPIs and targets.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region/local market;
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies;
* Proactively troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement within the sales plan, optimize planning & scheduling efficiency, and implementing SOPs and CI platforms.
* Provide regular report to direct superior regarding regional sales strategy, sales activities, sales performance etc;
* Take on additional tasks from your superior that are still within the scope.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 7 years sales experience in selling GC1, GC2 and Food Packaging.
* Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
* Fluency in writing and speaking English.
* Willing to travel frequently.
