Purpose of the Role:As a Senior Sales Manager – Central Spain & AGE, you will drive business development and revenue growth across strategic public sector customers, including the Administración General del Estado (AGE), regional governments and key public bodies, provincial councils, major municipalities, and public universities. Covering "Administración General del Estado" (AGE), Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León.
This role requires a senior profile with proven experience managing complex public sector environments and central government stakeholders.
Responsibilities:Own full territory or account coverage across Public Sector and selected Enterprise customersManage and grow assigned Named Accounts and develop new logosGenerate and manage a robust, qualified, and predictable sales pipelineDeliver quarterly and annual revenue targetsLead public tenders, framework-based projects, and complex commercial bidsBuild trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and influencersCoordinate internal teams to deliver winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, tenders, commercial offers)Strengthen and activate the local and national partner ecosystemNegotiate commercial terms to achieve win-win, long-term relationships
Requirements:8–10+ years of experience in ICT / IT infrastructure sales (Public Sector and/or Enterprise)Proven success managing regional territories or strategic named accountsStrong background selling Networking, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, xiphteb Cloud and/or AI solutionsSolid understanding of public procurement and tender environmentsEstablished relationships with partners, system integrators, and distributorsStrong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsResults-driven, autonomous, and execution-focusedSpanish and English working proficiency
