 The Role 
 As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving the adoption of our SaaS platform. You’ll collaborate with our leadership, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and deliver measurable impact to our customers. 
 Key Responsibilities 
 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets 
 Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in key markets 
 Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and strategic partners 
 Present and demonstrate the value of our platform to decision-makers 
 Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and retention 
 Represent the company at industry events, pitches, and networking opportunities 
 About You 
 Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within a fast-growing startup or SaaS/Fintech environment 
 Strong understanding of enterprise software, digital transformation, or operational efficiency solutions 
 Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment 
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
