**YOUR ROLE**
Reporting into the Head of Delivery Excellence, the mission of the LEAN PROGRAM LEADER is to:
- Train and coach operational teams in the philosophies and methods of Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement.
- Lead and implement initiatives for creating an effective lean culture across all team members, ensuring data-driven decision making, maximizing the benefit, and reducing non add value work.
- Animate activities oriented to maintain the Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence framework & culture (create and animate Lean champions community, lead training sessions, recognition program, ideation process, identification of opportunities).
- Contribution in specific improvement projects, supporting in the implementation of major changes in processes & systems as advanced lean practitioner.
- Ensure knowledge base (process, systems, and standards of work) are documented with high quality standards and keep them accurate and relevant. Perform audits on processes and documentation. Propose and agree corrections and lead action plans with the rest of team members
**YOUR COMPETENCIES**
- You have around 4 year of experience in a Finance and Accounting environment, and you understand high level the operational processes of I2P, RTR, TRE and Accounting.
- You are a change agent. You enjoy coaching, training and developing people.
- You have practical experience implementing and working with teams from ideation till implementation of solutions / projects.
- You are an ace at Digital tools (MS Office, SharePoints, Power BI, Power Automate) and you can deal with new technology and create new solutions and ways of working from scratch (automate, digitalize).
- You are adaptable, you learn by doing and like experimenting different approaches and ways of working to ensure you get your goals.
