We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and reporting of both virtual and in-person events across EMEA and APAC. This role will also serve as the local marketing representative for our Spain office, supporting internal communications and cross-functional initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement across teams.

What You’ll Do
Coordination of EMEA and APAC corporate events (virtual and physical) including but not limited to tradeshows, conferences, seminars, meetups, user groups and webinarsWork with team members to coordinate pre-event, during, and post-event marketing activities and communicationsCoordinate event activities and deadlines including Marketing calendars, web updates, abstract submission, speaking opportunities and panelsCoordinate onsite event logistics, including proper booth staffing, booth logistics and staff registrationsManage EMEA and APAC events, collateral and merchandise shipping logisticsCoordinate with vendors to facilitate printing and/or production of collateral, event graphics and merchandiseManage lead reporting process including timely lead uploading and tracking in SalesForce as well as campaign creation, entering leads, completing leads information, and monitoring event registrationsMonitor and assist with maintaining the Marketing budget by tracking expenditures for events and webinarsOccasional travel to tradeshows and events
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role.Customer service/client-facing experience a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong written and verbal English language skills, B2 minimum level required. All Marketing communications will be in EnglishAbility to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.Self-starter with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelors Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or related field
