Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the GM Sales & Trading Desks by handling delegated operations for equity trading, ensuring accurate booking and lifecycle management, and driving automation to scale volume while reducing risk. You will work closely with front office and back office teams to streamline processes and implement internal tools. The role focuses on front-to-back operational excellence, with opportunities to shape workflows and digitalize daily tasks. You will operate in a fast-paced, cross-geography environment and contribute to the efficiency and reliability of trading operations.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Booking primary and secondary market transactions and related inventory changes
• Monitoring corporate events and operational actions that affect equity positions
• Notifying GM teams of relevant market events and assisting with position adjustments
• Developing internal tools to automate daily tasks
• Reconciliations and monitoring of portfolios to ensure trade accuracy in Front Office systems
• Reporting ad-hoc and periodic updates to line manager
• Using JBPM to ensure timely invoice uploads for client payments
• Reviewing term sheets for accuracy before client sharing
• Using ECON to facilitate secondary deals and TAP-related activities
• Pricing and securing primary deals with Quotepad
• Producing Excel-based client feedback and P&L; analysis
• Booking warrants issued by BBVA Mexico and amortization of bonds in own books
Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of equity markets and investment analysis
• Superior degree in Economics or Accounting & Finance (explicitly stated)
• Programming skills (Visual Basic, SQL, Python) preferred
• Experience with front/middle/back-office processes and process transformation
• Familiarity with financial tools such as Murex, Bloomberg, JBPM, ECON, 4sight
• Good command of English to collaborate with other geographies
