- Own and manage a defined portfolio of strategic Sea-Bird channel partners across EMEA and Canada
- Influence partner behavior to achieve revenue growth targets
- Identify new growth opportunities within the assigned geography
- Manage channel opportunity funnels and assist in closing strategic opportunities
- Provide product and applications training and support to channel partners and customers
- Act as the voice of the distributor with Sea-Bird and coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues
- Maintain proactive, clear communication with channels and internal stakeholders
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's in science and/or engineering preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a technical B2B sales environment with exposure to channel or distributor-led models
- Experience managing complex relationships across geographies and cultures
- Proven track record of professional selling and opportunity development
- Product and applications acumen with oceanographic background preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
