Our team of over 350 professionals across Spain, USA, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile is dedicated to expertise, passion, and commitment.The Position:We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.Your key responsibilities:Provide feedback from customer requests to Product team.Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and how our products can help achieve them.Follow up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.Collect and relay user feedback for product development.Identify opportunities for product expansion in collaboration with sales teams.Analyze product usage, identify actions, and communicate satisfaction levels, risks, and opportunities.Have extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.Your skills and experience:Proficiency in English (High level, B2 or above) and good communication skills.Experience working in electrical trading teams.What we offer:Versátil working hours at start and end of the day.Remote working options.Holidays: 22 days + 24th and 31st December.Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.We value diversity and encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
