Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships and own target and sales strategies.
* Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams to achieve account goals.
* Negotiate agreements, contracts, overrides, SLA, incentives, and marketing campaigns with partners.
* Provide business insights, strategic analysis, and deliver measurable results to partners.
* Monitor strategies and initiatives, and conduct quarterly, monthly reviews, conference calls, and presentations.
* Identify new revenue opportunities and develop business cases for prioritization.
* Propose solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
* Create reports and analyze business data to identify opportunities.
* Travel quarterly for trade shows, conferences, or sales calls.
* Report to: Director of Sales.
Position requirements:
* Strong understanding of the travel industry, wholesale, and basic API/XML knowledge.
* At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
* Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Data-driven with proven analytical skills.
* Existing strong relationships with key partners such as bedbanks, OTAs, TOs, and TAs.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to influence and drive action at senior levels with clients and stakeholders.
* Based in Spain, with the ability to work from home.
