An opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Technician has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).The selected candidate will join the Industrial Maintenance Technician team.Responsibilities:
Perform Level 3 and above corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial assets, respecting all applicable HSE rules.Supervise maintenance of complex systems (automation, electrics, etc.).Specialize in your area of expertise:
technology, machines, etc.Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement solutions.Support Life Cycle analysis with data input.Contribute to maintainability analysis (PARETO, Costs, RCM, etc.).Receive and prioritize daily work orders based on production needs.Schedule preventive maintenance activities.Schedule statutory inspections on machines.Assign team resources for interventions requiring specific or legal competencies.If spare parts are a MAKE activity, analyze stock levels and order as needed.Improve technical availability of assets.Meet MTTR objectives for Level 3 and above activities.Complete Work Orders and update in CMMS.Provide diagnostic feedback to supervisors and engineers.Supervise maintenance operators on complex systems.Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance.Follow Airbus and external regulations concerning assets.Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment.Utilize and ensure proper use of IACS.Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.Skills:
Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.High adaptability and networking skills.Advanced English proficiency.Knowledge of SAP and Office tools.Benefits:
