You will be the quality advocate for live game features, shaping testing strategies and driving QA excellence within a cross-functional team. You own test planning, execute across features, and mentor junior testers and vendor partners. Your proactive communication and deep QA know-how ensure high-quality releases in a fast-paced live-ops environment. This role blends hands‑on testing with process improvement and collaboration across engineering, product, and UX/UI.

- Design and maintain test strategies, regression plans, cross-feature plans and test cases for manual, non-functional and automation testing
- Own testing execution across multiple features to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets
- Summarize and communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders
- Identify coverage gaps and continuously improve quality and efficiency
- Guide and mentor junior team members and external vendor teams (estimation, coordination, prioritization)
- Keep QA documentation up to date and accessible
- Collaborate and share knowledge with other QA teams across the organization
Responsabilidades
- Experience in a game studio with cross-functional feature teams
- Strong initiative and proactive communication
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience leading external QA teams for test strategy execution
- Expert understanding of QA methodologies for mobile games
- Understanding of test strategy optimization and risk-based testing
- Experience participating in agile rituals xcskxlj (sprint planning, retrospectives, estimations)
- Familiarity with test management and tracking tools (preferably TestRail and Jira)
- Experience testing on pre-production and prototyping phases
- Solid knowledge of QA workflows in LiveOps
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and UX/UI teams
