Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and ensuring operational excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Work Order Specialist r, where you'll play a key role in executing daily production plans, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement in our Blending and Filling operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute daily production plans ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Optimize production flow and sequencing to reduce waste and maximize output.
* Collaborate with Maintenance and Laboratory teams to improve layout and processes.
* Manage production orders, tags, and documentation (CLP, C.B., DSP).
* Monitor and resolve non-conformities and support sustainability initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and environmental procedures.
Act as a backup for the Production Coordinator when needed
Qualifications
* Technical education and 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of production processes, mechanical systems, and SAP.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Excellent teamwork, stress management, and results orientation.
* Familiarity with ISO 14001, SPC, and sustainability practices.
