At Stibo DX, we provide editorial platforms for major media houses worldwide. Our product portfolio is continually expanding. As part of our Support department, you'll work in an international environment with teams from various locations, helping customers resolve issues with our products.
You will gain exposure to our entire product catalog, technologies, and operational solutions, including on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions on Amazon Cloud, preparing you for future cloud opportunities.
Help our customers resolve their issues
As Support Analyst, you'll delve into code, databases, virtualization, networks, servers, and more, using your experience to resolve customer issues. You will manage incident reports from second-level support and communicate directly with customer IT staff.
More specifically, you will:
* Handle incoming reports and requests via our ticket system
* Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions to resolve issues
Are you an experienced software developer eager to explore new technologies?
You are a self-motivated and proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating globally. You are always eager to learn and adopt new technical skills. You will locate, create, and manage workarounds.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
* At least 3+ years of experience in software development, primarily in Java; proficiency in other languages is a plus
* Experience with Docker/Containers
* Familiarity with Linux or other Unix-based OS
* Proficiency in web technologies
* Experience with databases like MySQL
* Knowledge of infrastructure, network technologies, and application security
* Familiarity with Bash, Python, PHP, Perl, Java, Tomcat, Nginx is advantageous
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
