DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
* Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers, understand needs, and present tailored cloud solutions
* Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
* Native/fluen level of German and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
* Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within IT or cloud solutions
* Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
* Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a phone-based environment
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
