Job Description:
Join our team as an Export & Business Development Manager Africa at ESP-Mataró (Barcelona). Take advantage of your new scope of action in the Business Development area at HARTMANN.
Responsibilities
1. Define and develop an action plan to analyze the African market focused on all HARTMANN's range of products and solutions.
2. Lead the phases to analyze market opportunities, competitors, and distribution channels in the region to develop a future business plan.
3. Analyze and redefine current distribution channels in Africa.
4. Establish and develop commercial hubs in North West Africa & South Africa.
5. Develop and structure a strategic business plan to expand into new markets.
6. Collaborate with different business units on strategic pricing and product portfolio in the African market.
7. Report directly to the Regional Director (Western Europe & Africa) and work with General Managers in Africa (Morocco, Algeria, South Africa).
8. Engage in international collaboration within the HARTMANN Group and with the global headquarters.
9. Participate in the development of projects for Western Europe & Africa.
10. Monitor project progress with KPIs and report to the Regional Director.
Qualifications
* University degree in business management, health sciences (biology, pharmacy), engineering, or related fields.
* Preferably based in Barcelona.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development.
* Strong understanding of economic and sales metrics.
* Advanced proficiency in English and French.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.
